With a 4,000 square foot facility dedicated to powder coating, we have the space we need for all of your parts, small and large. Our booth is 14’ wide, 21’ long and 9’ tall. Our oven is 8’ wide, 15’ long and 8’ tall.

The better the prep, the better the finish!
Starting with clean material saves both time and money. We use pickled and oiled steel without mill scale. This saves on sand blasting. Our pretreatment process utilizes a phosphate rinse using water that has gone through a reverse osmosis system to improve the bonding of the powder to the metal. We also have copper slag blasting for parts that have existing coatings or rust that needs removal.
